Rental flats

Among our biggest, most frequent projects is the complete furnishing of primely located rental apartments in Belgium. For these projects, we have created a sustainable concept with an own brand identity so that the apartments are easily recognised by its clientele. The flats are popular with travellers, business people and expats for short and long-term rent.

We pimp the apartments according to their look and surroundings. While doing so, we use upcycled, new, as well as custom designed items. Many of the items are recurring throughout the various locations to strengthen the brand identity of our client. 

An example of a recurring, custom designed item is the vintage-look shelving system.

Thanks to its modularity, it fits into every room. Apart from design furniture and objects, our art pieces are an indispensable addition to any project. We use both big paintings, designed by us and hand painted by one of our artists, and photographs shot by a local photographer to brighten up any interior. We also love to turn vintage fabrics that we found by chance into unique cushions and plaids.

On top of that, we provide every household need; from a fully equipped kitchen over books and candle holders to an ironing board and iron. We deliver fully stocked, ready-to-move-in apartments.

The challenge that we like to take on repeatedly with these projects is to achieve them within the strictly predefined budgets and timings.
