A low, large table creates a snug atmosphere. The Japanese even dine on the floor. This was actually the inspiration for the design of the CDC-T02 coffee table, for a housing project on Rue Jourdan.
The sleek lines of the double table tops form a great contrast with the circle in the centre of the table. Both are elements that refer to the Bauhaus style: simple and functional. The soft, minty colour is so neutral that it blends into the interior, giving the room another peaceful touch.
