The priority for this interior design was to create a flexible habitat that maximized access to natural light — a space for cooking, working, relaxing, and retreating.
Inspired by the brightly renovated homes in the neighbourhood, we refurbished the space using a sleek material palette of upcycled glossy tiles and dark oiled timber. As well as neutral colors such as white, black, and gray, speckled with touches of vibrancy. To keep the space light and airy, we focused on clean lines and sophisticated, modern accents. The raw and honest materials allow the eye to seamlessly travel throughout the space, occasionally interrupted by a bright blue accent or an eye-catching canvas.
This transformation provided CDC Design with the opportunity to explore intricate design elements and craft adaptable interior layouts within the existing space. Our attention to detail and transformative design approach have turned a once confined home into a functional and peaceful, light-filled haven. One that exemplifies our expertise in creating modern spaces and interiors within a refined material palette.
