The hotel interior embodies a harmonious blend of innovation, warmth, and sustainability, redefining the essence of sustainable hospitality while proudly showcasing Belgium’s design ethos. For this project, we conducted a preliminary study for the renovation of a hotel in Brussels, from which we developed a robust design. Each project, whether sustainable eco-design or large-scale endeavor, reflects our expertise, seamlessly marrying art with functionality.
Lighting takes center stage in this space, adding another dimension to the visual experience with its own life and language. In this room, our aim was to maximize functionality while avoiding a sense of confinement.
The bedroom itself celebrates different elements of nature; the bespoke curve design of the headboard creates flowing lines that seamlessly merge, while the nightstand introduces a touch of the wild with its rough stone texture. By implementing these elements, we bridge the gap between direct and indirect nature.
We harnessed the interplay of textures to enrich the design narrative. Black and white marble tiles, structured glass, and vinyl crocodile wallpaper create a sensory symphony, while the choice of copper finishes infuses the space with a warm glow, enhancing the depth and intrigue.
Enhancing both relaxation and exploration, we cultivated a guest-centric walk in space. As the contours of each object and piece are traced, each one asserts its individual presence, captivating from every perspective. With the rich hue of bordeaux red commanding attention, setting the scene for an unforgettable experience.
